Thank you for shopping at Chapter26. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which you can return the products purchased from Chapter26 and how refunds are processed.
Returns
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, please contact us at support@chapter26.in within 5 days of delivery. You will need to provide detailed images and videos of the product showing the defect and the original packaging. Upon verification, we will reprint and ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
- Size Discrepancies: If there is a discrepancy in the size of the product received, please provide images of the product along with the size measurement. This information will be checked with our production team for validation.
- Unboxing: We advise you to carefully unbox the package. If the package is damaged during unboxing (e.g., with scissors or any sharp object), a refund may not be possible unless you provide an unpacking video or images of the courier cover.
- Package Damage Upon Receipt: If you notice any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remark while raising a request. This information is crucial for us to claim a refund from the courier service.
- Wrong Size Ordered or Change of Mind: We do not accept exchanges or returns for products ordered in the wrong size or for reasons unrelated to defects or damage. Please refer to the size chart provided in the product details before placing your order. If you need a different size or item, you will need to place a new order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
